Feeling Teriyaki? This is a quick, simple and tasty meal that is great for any weeknight!
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Water
- 4 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
- 8 Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs
Combine all ingredient in skillet, except chicken. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes then add chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Serve over brown rice with a steamed cup of your favorite veggie.
