Crepes, Crepes, Crepes


Crepes may seem fancy or hard to make, but if you follow these simple steps you’ll be fliping them in no time (some practice requried).


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbs. Oil
  • Filling of choice (i.e. strawberries, blackberries, bananas…)

Whisk together all ingredients. Spoon about 1/3 of a cup in a oil covered non-stick pan (the bigger the pan, the better the results). Tilt the pan to coat as much surface area as possible. Cook over medium heat until the crepe slides around freely in the pan, flipping is optional, but impressive.

Choose a filling of your choice and enjoy! I would highly recommend fresh fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth.
