Simple Homemade Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased metal baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
