Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased metal baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
