  • 1 lb yellow or red potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted homemade ghee
