WELLNESS WEDNESDAY – TIS THE SEASON! It is Fall y’all! Even in the valley of the sun we can all agree this summer is behind us! Check out this delicious recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip protein muffins!! YES they are low carb, YES they are gluten free & YES they are LESS then 120 calories…. c’mon who wouldn’t want to start their day with this great snack…

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 & 1/2 scoops of natural or vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
