John Neel FITLIFE Owner and athletic trainer
FITLIFE Owner for over 20 years

During my 20 years of directing FITLIFE, I have continually thought about ways to improve our services and facilities and more recently how to help our members achieve our vision for each of them to “Live. All In.”  When thinking of that phrase, it begs the question, are we providing our members the training, motivation, information and guidance that they need to succeed in their ability to fulfill this motto.  Each person’s individual plan varies but the cornerstones remain the same.  From my perspective, our staff has the educational background, interest, commitment and the personal drive to guide our members toward this objective. I hope you all feel the same way and if you

don’t please speak up and let us know.   I have always wanted feedback on how we are doing at FITLIFE, both positive comments and constructive criticism, so please take a minute and give us some when you have a chance.

Those of you who have visited our web site,, you have probably read our Vision statement, “bridging the gap between medicine, athletic training, strength and conditioning, personal training and fitness to fulfill our motto of Live. All in”.  This statement captures our vision on what FITLIFE brings to it’s members every day.

What is the gap and how do we bridge it? That is a good question and one I ask myself on a regular basis.  The gap is when individuals need a variety of services, including rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, athletic enhancement and personal training from one provider.

I believe that we offer a facility that is able to accomplish this due to the level of professionalism of our staff.  We bridge the gap through a multi-disciplinary approach to training. Whether the goal is to enhance athletic performance, rehabilitate injuries or simply improve your fitness level, FITLIFE offers individualized exercise prescriptions to meet every need. It is our goal to empower clients to reach their fullest potential.

Myself and Bart Anderson are Licensed Athletic Trainers who work under the direction of a MD or DO and are able to provide evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of both illness and injuries.  Ashley Stein is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is proficient in designing and delivering programs for fitness and sport.

With proper programing and direction our staff is able to help members Live. All in.!

Please spend some time on our website and follow us on social media as we educate and inform anyone who is interested in leading a healthier life. Have a safe and fun weekend.
