Flank Steak

This mouth watering recipe is perfect for forgetting that fall is just around the corner. So light up that barbecue for one last summer hoorah!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. sesame seed
  • 3 Tbs. salad or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar

Combine these ingredients and marinate your flank steak anywhere from 4 hours to overnight for a great tasting steak. Broil or barbecue steak for best results and slice against the grain for best results! This meat is great for sandwiches or by itself.
