FITLIFE trains several area high school athletes across the sports spectrum including, volleyball, soccer, baseball, hockey, basketball, football, track & field, and softball.

Athletes typically are a part of either our functional training or athletic enhancement (P.A.S.S.S.) programs. Yet, each program is designed from the athlete’s evaluation, personal goals, sport, and position needs. Injury prevention, increased flexibility, and nutrition analysis are fundamental parts of these programs. Many of our athletes go on to compete in college.

Our professional staff including Athletic Trainers and Exercise Physiologists have the highest level of academic accreditation, are nationally certified and state licensed in directing and supervising the training of an individual or team.
