Orange Smoothie

Even though it’s still cold outside, this is a refreshing way to get some vitamin C in the morning or after a workout.

Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup fresh pure orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 5 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and frothy. Serve chilled.
