Ingredients Include:

  • 1/2 pound bacon, cut into pieces
  • 6-7 medium to large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
  • 12 ounces crimini or baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium to large yellow onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste (~2-3 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper)
