Protein Packed Waffles


Waffles don’t have to be full of sugar and sweetness like you typcially think about or see here… If done correctly they can be a great way to get some protein spread throughout your day.


  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
