BLOCK I – STABILITY
GOAL: Develop and understand dynamic movement and core strength as they relate to resistance training.
BLOCK II – STRENGTH
GOAL: Learn proper lifting form to increase muscle mass as a building block toward complex lifting.
BLOCK III – POWER
GOAL: Enhance your ability to perform high speed movements with plyometric training to increase your explosiveness.
BLOCK IV – AGILITY & SPEED
GOAL: Expand upon the foundations of stability, strength, and power to cultivate and hone reaction time and linear speed.
