During my 20 years of directing FITLIFE, I have continually thought about ways to improve our services and facilities and more recently how to help our members achieve our vision for each of them to “Live. All In.” When thinking of that phrase, it begs the question, are we providing our members the training, motivation, information and guidance that they need to succeed in their ability to fulfill this motto. Each person’s individual plan varies but the cornerstones remain the same. From my perspective, our staff has the educational background, interest, commitment and the personal drive to guide our members toward this objective. I hope you all feel the same way and if you Continue reading “FITLIFE OWNER JOHN NEEL SHARES HIS THOUGHTS ON LIVE. ALL IN.”

Today I spent some time with an outstanding high school athlete, volleyball player Lanie Wagner of Xavier College Prepatory. Lanie started working with us at FITLIFE Health Systems in our Functional Training Program in December of 2015 and has continued to train in our P.A.S.S.S program when her schedule allows. Volleyball players, like most high school athletes, have very little down time due to the commitment of playing both high school and club. The demand on their bodies is great. In order to keep playing at a high level, taking care of their bodies is a must.
Today a very special client came in for a workout and as always worked hard, smiled and talked sports. Alec Souder has been coming into Fitlife for the last 5 years and has won the affection of staff and members alike. His parent, Anne and Jay, along with his grandfather Dick are all members here and have been some Fitlife Health Systems biggest supporters. We are going to return the favor by getting involved with the Fragile X Foundation. Continue reading “Fitlife visits with long time client Alec Souder.”
Today I sat down with one of our outstanding high school student athletes, Notre Dame Prep senior volleyball player, Nicole Shuhandler. Having my job is great because of the people I get to meet and work with every day. I really enjoy being around athletes of all ages but the high school ones are special as I get to impact their success and help them with any set backs. This one has more success to come! Continue reading “FITLIFE spends some time with High School Volleyball player Nicole Shuhandler”
Today I sat down with our sports conditioning specialist, Ashley Stein to dicuss her sports career, her education and the time she has spent with us at FITLIFE Health Systems. Ashley was an outstanding athlete in both high school and college. Her athletic endeavors at Horizon High School included cross country, soccer and track & field, earning varsity letters in all sports by her senior year. Ashley’s time on the athletic fields at Horizon culminated with Female Athlete of the Year award! After graduating from Horizon in 2012 she accepted a soccer scholarship to Paradise Valley Continue reading “FITLIFE visits with Staff Exercise Physiologist, Ashley Stein, CSCS”
