  • 4 cups of Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • Olive oil spray
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
